1. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Once the login details have been confirmed you can place an order via our secured website or contact Domino Sales or London Trade Counter (details shown within customer support page).If you require a product that is not featured within the website, you can still contact our customer support team.

 

2. HOW TO CHECK PREVIOUS ORDERS

Once the login details have been confirmed you will be taken to your account dashboard which will show all your account details, existing orders as well as previous orders.

 

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ITEMS I RETURN

All returns have to be dealt with via our office based customer service team. Details found within the contact us page.

 

4. WHO DO I CONTACT FOR ASSISTANCE REGARDING MY ORDER AND ACCOUNT DETAILS

Visit the contact us page, all contact details are listed, or to submit your details with your comment/query for assistance within the simple comments box.

 

5. WILL I BE ABLE TO VISIT THE CREATIVE SUITE

All bookings for the creative suite will be done via sales rep or contacting the customer services, details listed within the contact us page.

 

6. I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD OR LOGIN DETAILS

7. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

All international post will be sent international registered, unless requested otherwise by the customer.

 

8. HOW DO FIND OUT MORE DETAILS ABOUT A PARTICULAR PRODUCT

Once you have clicked on the image of the product you require, you can select more information from the drop down categories, or contact Domino and speak with our customer support team.

 

9. WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT OF PURCHASE

Once an order has been placed via the website an e-mail will be sent as confirmation and will be shown within the account dashboard.

 

10. HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED/ DESPATCHED

All products are shipped by special delivery from Weston Beamor.

 

11. CAN I VIEW MY ACCOUNT ON-LINE

Once the login details have been confirmed, you will then be taken straight into your customer account dashboard.

 

12. CAN I SAVE AN INCOMPLETE ORDER TO CONTINUE AT A LATER TIME

Your items will only be stored for 24 hours due to price fix, but all patterns may be stored within my favourites for also a limited time.

 

13. DO I NEED TO BE A CUSTOMER TO ORDER PRODUCTS

To be able to order products you must be a registered customer. To do this you can contact Domino sales.

 

14. WILL MY DETAILS GET PASSED ON TO OTHER COMPANIES

No customer details will be forwarded to other companies.

 

15. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN NEW BROCHURES AND CATALOGUES ARE LAUNCHED

All new brochures, catalogues and events will appear within our news page.

 

16. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS

No details can be changed on-line, please contact Domino customer services.

All our fingers are sized to leading edge.
